SYSTEM

1. Rental and Return

Kimonos are 24 hours rentals due back no later than 8PM the day of if rented during AM hours or no later then the next day 8PM if rented during PM hours. You can also ship to us. Please complete shipment before end of next day and email tracking number to us to avoid late fees.

レンタルは一泊二日のレンタルです。
利用日翌日20時までの返却をお願いしております。
郵送での返却も受け付けております。
その場合は、利用日翌日中に発送の手続きを完了していただき、トラッキングナンバーをお知らせ願います。
お知らせがない場合、レンタル延長料金が発生いたしますのでお気をつけくださいませ。

2. FULL SET RENTAL

Full set rental includes: Full Kimono garment, tabi, socks and zori shoes.

一式レンタルに含まれますものは、足袋、草履を含むお着付けに必要な小物全てです。

3. Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice - 30% of your total rental
24 hours notice - 50% of your total rental
Less than 24 hours - Total cost of your rental

ご予約48時間前のキャンセル•••ご予約料金の30%のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
ご予約24時間前のキャンセル•••ご予約料金の50%のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
ご予約24時間を切ってのキャンセル•••ご予約料金の100%のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。

キャンセレーションポリシー

4. CLEANING FEE

Basic cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning cost will be added in the event of stains (wine, soy sauce, coffee, etc.) If damaged, repair cost will also added and if damage is beyond repair you will be charged twice the rental fee (200%)

基本のクリーニングは、レンタル料金に含まれておりますが、タバコやワイン、お醤油などのシミ抜きが必要なシミがついてしまった場合、別途シミ抜き料をいただく場合がございます。
また、タバコの焼けや、修復不可能なダメージがついた場合、レンタル料金の2倍の料金にて買い取りとさせていただきます
